2024 Second Batch of New Employee Training Briefing

From October 26 to 30 , 2024 , the second batch of new employee training for 2024 was held in Zhangjiang, Shanghai. This training consisted of 48 new employees from 25 branches . Yang Xianxiang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SITC International, Xue Mingyuan, CEO of SITC International, and 14 other managers served as internal trainers to introduce the company's strategy, management system, work experience, and communicate with the trainees.

This training covered five major areas and in-depth discussions on 16 topics. In the course, Chairman Yang Xianxiang encouraged everyone to continue learning and lifelong learning based on his own experience, and emphasized the importance of talent to the company. CEO Xue Mingyuan analyzed and benchmarked the company's strategy from the perspective of new employees. The instructors explained the core business of each business segment in an easy-to-understand way, combining their own work experience and professional knowledge to teach. In the interactive session after the course, the instructors answered questions and solved doubts to help the students further absorb and understand the knowledge they have learned. The boarding and dock visits provided the students with a more intuitive way of learning, allowing them to have a deeper understanding of ship loading and unloading, ship structure and equipment, and dock work processes.

The implementation of this training has enabled the trainees to fully understand the company's overall rules and regulations and business sectors. We believe that in the future, they will be able to apply what they have learned to actual work, and through continuous learning and improvement, work together with SITC!
