From March 19 to 20, 2024 , "SITC Ship Management's concentrated training for vacation crew members in the first half of 2024" was held in Qingdao Zhiyuanlou Hotel. 190 vacation captains, chief engineers, first mates, etc. of SITC's fleet participated in the training.

The General Manager of SITC Ship Management, Chief Captain, Chief Engineer, Safety Management Department, Marine Affairs, Maintenance, ISM Office, Commerce Department, Crew Company, etc. have passed the ship management structure and management requirements, fleet safety management, and ship maintenance respectively. The vacation crews were trained on management requirements, safety awareness improvement, crew and ship safety, system requirements, new ship management system operating instructions, crew management system, crew company management requirements, etc., and provided opinions and suggestions for the crew's future work. .
