The maiden voyage ceremony of SITC Batam Port's new route was successfully held

On March 31, 2024, the maiden voyage ceremony of SITC’s new route to Batam Port was successfully held . Batam Mayor Muhammad Rudi, Batam Port Director Arham S Torik, Utama PT PPA Director Muhammad Teguh Wirahadikusumah, SITC Indonesia Deputy General Manager Mr. Cheng Jianbing, SITC Indonesia Terminal General Manager Mr. Yu Hua and other relevant leaders attended the meeting this event.

The opening of SITC's direct flight service has greatly reduced the logistics costs of import and export goods in Batam and improved transportation efficiency. At the same time, it will inject new impetus into the economic development of Batam Special Economic Zone.
